Since his graduation from law school, John has devoted his legal practice exclusively to representing victims and wrongful injury, and the families of those who have suffered wrongful death. John is nationally recognized as a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
John has been active in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America since 1980, and a Sustaining Member of that organization since 1992. He is also a Sustaining Member of the Pennsylvania Trail Lawyers Association. He has served as Chairman of the Civil Litigation Section, Civil Rules Committee, and the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Berks County Bar Association. John is also a certified mediator and arbitrator, and has lectured on medical negligence, auto insurance law, and other areas of trial practice.
John and his wife Cathy married in college, and were the first married couple ever admitted to the Dickinson School of Law. While John has devoted his career to victims of wrongful injury, Cathy has for many years helped protect abused and neglected children through her work as Guardian Ad Litem for dependent children in Berks County.
