Lead Attorney John R. Badal

John R. Badal has devoted his entire legal career to representing wrongful injury victims. Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1978 and to the U.S. Supreme Court bar in 1991, he brings more than four decades of exclusive civil trial experience to every case he handles. He is a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, national organizations limited to attorneys who have won million- and multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements. Within the Berks County Bar Association, he has served as Chairman of both the Civil Litigation Section and the Workers' Compensation Section. The other attorneys on our team share that same depth of commitment, with their careers spent almost entirely on wrongful injury and death claims.
