Adam has represented victims and their families throughout his entire career. Prior to joining our firm in 2004, Adam was an Assistant District Attorney for Berks County. During his seven years with the District Attorney's Office, he prosecuted the most serious cases involving murder, drug dealing, rape, arson, homicide by vehicle while DUI and armed robbery. Adam served as the supervising attorney of the District Attorney's Gang Unit and was responsible for prosecuting violent offenders and career criminals. He was trial attorney in more than fifty trials decided by both judge and jury. Furthermore, before joining Liever, Hyman & Potter, Adam had extensive experience in civil litigation in the area of personal injury. As a lawyer at Liever, Hyman & Potter, Adam has continued his service and commitment to the people of our local community who have suffered serious injury or death of a loved one from car, truck and motorcycle accidents, product defects, medical and nursing home malpractice, falls and workplace incidents. Adam serves as the Chairman of the Berks County Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section and also serves on the Civil Litigation Section. He is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Section on Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Adam and his wife, Margo, and their three children live in Wyomissing.
